摘要

Abstract

Signal integrity problems in the circuit breaker condition monitoring wireless nodes PCB design is more and more obvious,and solving the signal integrity problem is more and more important. This paper uses HyperLynx software for solving PCB board of reflection and crosstalk problems. The simulation model for wiring before and after wiring PCB simulation analysis makes the reflection produce overshoot amplitude be reduced to about 100 mV,and also makes crosstalk produce overshoot amplitude control in about 50 mV. The simulation results indicate that the established models of reflection and crosstalk model are suitable for the PCB design for signal integrity, and effectively solve the PCB signal integrity problems.
