摘要

Abstract

The integral structure and operational principle of UV-LED irradiator which is applied to UV curing field are introduced. UV-LED irradiator's control system is designed. In the control system, DSP+FPGA structure is used. DSP is devoted to data processing and system controlling, while FPGA is devoted to the expansion of DSP's I/O and the implementation of some auxiliary control. The maximum irradiation power of the irradiator is up to 8 000 mW/cm2,and the irradiator can implement multiple exposure mode. Moreover, memory module is introduced into the irradiator, so that it's convenient to store user's settings and data before power off. Compared to conventional curing equipment,the convenience and functional diversity have been improved in this design.
