河南嵩县东湾金矿田地质特征及找矿远景
Geological Characteristics of the Dongwan Gold Ore Field in Songxian County,Henan Province and its Ore-Search Prospect
摘要
Abstract
The Dongwan gold ore field is jointly controlled by nearly E-W trending faults and nearly N-S trending faults.In this area,strong igneous activities of different geological periods resulted in good metallgonenic geological conditions.Several gold deposits and much gold mineralization sites have been found in this region.Main gold orebodies in dikes and lens occur in the Dongwan alteration zones and adjacent nearly E-W trending fault zones.Spatially,the ore-bodies strike NWW-SEE and dip NE at angles 30o～50o,with dilatation,contraction,offset and recombination of branches.Wall rock alteration related with gold mineralization contains silicification,pyritization,beresitization,sericitization,and carbonatization.Regional metallogeny and comprehensive geophysical and geochemical exploration studies indicate that the 5km virgin zone at the southern segment of the Dongwan fault is a good metallogenic belt and has a good ore-search prospect.And the existence of industrial ores in this segment has been confirmed by testing drill holes.关键词
