摘要
Abstract
Objective; To investigate the medication used in out-patient department and improve the quality of prescription writing; strengthen the dispensing management of prescriptions and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medicines use. Methods: Randomly 18,000 out-patient or emergency prescriptions during the year 2010 were sampled and analyzed to summarize the prescriptions according to Management Standard of Hospital Prescription Comments, Instructions of the Clinical Application of Antibiotics or Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China (2005 edition). Results; Some problems existed in the format, writing and use of drugs in our hospital's prescriptions. Conclusions: Although the out-patient prescriptions of our hospital are reasonable on the whole, the quality of the prescription writing should be further improved for rational drug use.关键词
