炉甘石凝胶剂的制备及质量控制
Study on Preparation and Quality Control of Luganshi Gel
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To prepare Xiao'er Luganshi Gel and establish its quality control methods. Methods; Based on the ' handbook of hospital preparations', Xiao'er Luganshi Gel was prepared by using Calamine and zinc oxide as the main component, Carbomer 940 as its base material. The titration method was adopted to control its quality, and the stability of this preparation was examined. Results: Luganshi Gel thus prepared was stable. The indexes were in accord with the standard of gels. Conclusions; The preparing technology has the advantages of simple process, controllable quality and convenient use. It is worth popularizing.关键词
