力德希口服液对儿童高铅血症及免疫功能的影响
The Effect of Lead-X Oral Solution on Lead Poisoning Children and Their Immunological Function
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Lead-X oral solution on lead poisoning children and their immune status. Methods: Randomly 75 cases of children with mild lead poisoning were divided into two groups, A group (nutrient supplement group, n=37) received Children Centrum: B group (Lead-X oral solution group, n=38) took Lead-X oral solution. The treatment continued for two months. Results: After treatment, the average blood lead level and neurobehavioral score of two groups were reduced significantly (P<0.05) , the decrease of B group was more obvious than that of A group ( P<0.01). Compared with A group, the average level of IFN-γ was increased, the level of IL-4 was decreased, and the ratio of IFN--y/IL-4 was elevated in B group ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusions: Lead-X oral solution can cut down blood lead level, improve neurobehavioral score, and increase immune function of lead poisoning children significantly.关键词
