Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods: Randomly 83 neonates with gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups: 41 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group. In addition to the normal treatment, the treatment group was given Yunnan Baiyao orally or via stomach tube. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group (90. 5% ) was significantly higher than that of the control group (56.0% ) , there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: The clinical curative effect of intragastric administration of Yunnan Baiyao on neonatal gastrointestinal hemorrhage was obvious.关键词
