Abstract
The implement of rural ＂one project one discussion＂ policy alleviated greatly the economy pressure of village and accelerated the development of rural public welfare.This paper introduced a variety of effective measures adopted by Gutian government,which were conducted to advanced the financial rewards substituting subsidies in ＂one project one discussion＂ and ensure the people-benefited policy falling to real point.关键词
