籼粳杂交水稻新品种甬优9号于2009-2010年在福建省闽侯县种植，表现感光、茎秆粗壮、耐肥、抗倒、稻曲病较轻、产量高等特性。栽培上要掌握适时播种、合理密植、适当增施肥料、科学管水和防治病虫害，才能充分发挥其超高产特性。
Yongyou9, a new rice cuhivar of indica-japonica hybridization, was introduced to Minghou County in 2009 and 2010. The results of a two-year trial experiment showed that the rice performed photoperiodic-response, thick and strong stems, fertilizer-tolerance, lodging-resistance, high resistance to rice false smut and high-yielding.
