The development situation and trend of processing and storage of aquatic product in Fujian
摘要
Abstract
The current situations about the development of aquatic products process industry and the storage and process of aquatic product discipline were summarized in this article. On this basis, comparing the circumstances of domestic and foreign aquatic products processing, several potential problems were analyzed, and the developing trends of the storage and process aquatic product discipline and main trends of the industry were forecasted. Lastly, some key technologies that should be focused on in future in the storage and process of aquatic product discipline were proposed.关键词
