The influence of sea use for other industries on sea use for fishery and its countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
With the development of industry and urban expansion, the coastal, suburban excellent fishing areas and beaches has ben occupied in large quantifies. The traditional culture areas are squeezing out. The development of industries which are near to port or sea, the tourism, the shipping building industry are increasingly conflicting with fishery in sea use. These contradictions directly affect the fishermen~ production and livelihood; even affect the society harmony and stability. In order to reduce the dis- putes of sea use, we must reasonably arrange the sea use for various industries, and further improve a implemem the special plan of sea use for aquaculture industry, and optimize the coast use and the beach resources We suggest to create a student fund to support fishermen＇s children to remove fishermen worries; we should audit strictly with the industry which can produce pollution, so as to ensure that the sea and fishery waters and ecological environment were used safely and without pollution, maintain social stability.关键词
