Abstract
The paper reported the composition of fish scale and summarized the extraction technology of collagen, gelatin, poly- peptide, hydroxyapatite, guanine, higlfly unsaturated fatty acids, glycoconjugate, feed meal and so on. It also discussed the ap- plication of the fish scale on food, medicine, biomatefial, makeup, fodder in various fields. All were expected to provide ref- erences for further development and application of fish scale.关键词
