大黄鱼刺激隐核虫病继发细菌感染致死原因的研究
Research on death caused by secondary bacterial infection of Cryptocaryon irritans on Pseudosciaena crocea
摘要
Abstract
The research separated bacteria from livers of Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans,and the result showed that bacteria couldn＇t be separated from Pseudosciaena crocea with relatively light disease,but could be separated with severe disease.Separated virus was tested after purifying as Vibrio vulnificus.Regression infection experiment of Vibrio vulnificus demonstrated that the morbidity and mortality were 100% and 80%,respectively.The research showed that the bacteria in Pseudosciaena crocea suffering from Cryptocaryon irritans were secondary infection.It was a nosogenetic virus causing the death of Pseudosciaena crocea.Its infection way was from water to vulnificus to bodies.关键词
