Abstract
Fujian＇s emergency command system for marine fishing security is mainly composed of four parts including emergency command centers at provincial,municipal and county level,comprehensive information management platform of fishery security,information terminals（handheld terminals,ship terminals） and the supporting communication network.System construction has enhanced Fujian＇s capabilities to handle marine disasters and offshore emergency incidents.Thus,effective solution of the existing problems in the system platform operation and better role-play of the system platform＇s function is worthy discussing.关键词
