摘要

Abstract

An exponential whiteness function and a modified clustering weight were developed in grey-clustering model for its shortcomings in quality assessment. Exponential whiteness function establishes the correspondence between the sample values and each grade, and avoid the problem of zero weight, the modified clustering weight reflect the each pollutant's amplitude in the same grade of air quality. The improved-grey-clustering method is applied to air quality assessment in Fuzhou from 2004 to 2008, the results showed that improved-grey-clustering method made the evaluation results more objectively and fairly.
