Teardrop Park A Different Urban Residential Landscape Design
摘要
Abstract
The practice of urban residential landscape design is still in the stage of style design in contemporary China.It overemphasizes the visual form and ignores residents＇ yearning for nature and the meaning of landscape as a living system.Therefore,the authors make a study of the design element and design approach of the Teardrop Park in New York City and summarize the park＇s main design features.The authors also put forward some valuable design strategies for landscape designers,which will encourage developers and landscape designers to rethink the urban residential landscape design and explore a new approach of urban residential landscape design in the near future in China.关键词
