摘要
Abstract
The relative density of matrix can reach 98.2% , increase by 6% , and the hardness reach 85 HRB, increase by 22% , when the pressure of repressing was 500MPa, the bending strength reach 650. 23MPa,increase by 15. 7% through repressing technology of diamond tools at normal temperature. SEM observation shows that matrix porosity decrease significantly, and the interface between diamond and matrix become smoother because of extrusion caused by repressing, and so the holding force may be improved. Repressing has no significant effect on diamond strength but increases cutting speed of diamond tools by 15% or more.关键词
