完全经脐单孔与三孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术的对比研究
Comparative study of transumbilical single-port and three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of single-port method and three-port method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC) and investigate the single-port method feasibility of LC in clinical application. Methods:The clinical data of 105 cases who underwent LC were analyzed retrospectively. 40 cases underwent single-port method and 65 cases underwent three-port method of LC. Results :A-mong 40 cases,38 cases were succeded by single-port method of LC which two cases had been converted into three-port method with no intraoperative and postoperative complications. The operation time of single-port method of LC was 40-96 min with average 57.7 min. Compared with three-port method of LC, the assessment indexes of single-port method of LC which included operation time, removal gallbladder time, postoperative satisfaction and pain levels was statistical significant P< 0.05) , while the other assessment indexes (blood loss,postoperative out of bed time,postoperative eating time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and complications rat) was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions:Selecting the appropriate cases,single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible in clinical application.关键词
