Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of single-hole laparoscopic and traditional laparoscopic (three holes) in treatment of varicocele. Methods: The clinical data of 56 patients with bilateral varicocele who underwent laparoscopy from Oct. 2009 to Jun. 2011 were analyzed retrospectively ,26 cases underwent single-hole laparoscopy, the others underwent three-port laparoscopy. Results:Two kinds of surgical treatment of bilateral varicocele in postoperative hospitalization time,be in hospital total cost,operation safety, postoperative complications had no obvious difference, traditional laparoscopic surgical operation in time, operation difficulty was superior to the single,but the single-hole laparoscopy had smaller incision scar.it could be better reflected the minimally invasive and cosmetic result. Conclusions: Single-hole laparoscopy that has all the advantages of minimally invasive surgery, such as no scar, less invasive and so on is minimally invasive treatment varicocele new progress, and clinical application, but slightly long operation time,have certain operation difficulty,require surgical training abdominal cavity.关键词
