摘要
Abstract
Objective:To design totally laparoscopic resection for sigmoid colon tumor and research its indications .surgical procedures,safety and application value. Methods:The clinical data of 2 patients with sigmoid cordon cancer who underwent totally laparoscopic resection was analyzed retrospectively. Results:The operation was performed successfully in 2 patients,with faster postoperative recovery and normal anal defecation function,there was no recurrence in 0.5-1 years follow-up. Conclusions:Totally laparoscopic sigmoid resection meet the requirments of modern minimally invasive surgery with good short-term efficacy, satisfactory cosmetic results. Though it has some clinical value,long-term effect should be further studied.关键词
