摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the methods, indications and evaluate the safety, benefit of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with choledochoscope and primary suture of common bile duct. Methods:The clinical data of 46 cases undergoing this operation between Jan. 2005 and Jan. 2010 was collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results: All operations were successfully performed with no residual calculi. Bile leakage occurred in one patient and was cured by emergency ERCPjno pancreatitis occurred. The follow-up lasted for 6-36 months,and no bile duct stricture or residual calculi were found. Conclusions: Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with choledochoscope and primary suture of common bile duct could be a routine method for common bile duct stones.关键词
