Abstract
Objective:To investigate the indication,operation moment and clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) combine) with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) in sequential treament of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholith. Methods:The clinical data of 63 patients suffering from both cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith who underwent EST and LC was analyzed retrospectively. First,the common bile duct calculi were removed by EST,then LC was performed 2-5 days later. Results:EST was performed successfully in 61 patients except 2 cases, and LC were carried out successfully in 59 cases,without postoperative complications (including hemorrhage and bile leakage). Conclusions:It is a safe and effective method to treat patients with both cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith by EST as well as-LC. Due to the advantages of less trauma, faster rucovery,fewer complications and no T-tube drainage.it should be the first choice.关键词
