Experiences of perioperative management of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for aged patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics and perioperative management of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) for aged patients. Methods:The clinical data of 83 patients over 60 years old undergoing LC from 2009 to 2011 was retrospectively analysed. Results: All patients were cured. No biliary tract or visceral injury, bile leakage occurred. Conclusions: LC for aged patients is safe and feasible.关键词
