Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical experiences and effects of laparoscopic surgery for seminal vesicle cyst. Methods: The clinical data of 4 patients with seminal vesicle cyst who underwent laparoseopy from Dec. 2005 to May 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results:Four cases were operated successfully without conversion to open surgery,no perioperative complications occurred. The mean operation time was (87.5 ±42.7) min,and mean blood loss was (47.5 ±17.1) ml ,and mean postoperative hospital stay was (6 ±0.8) d. In a mean follow up for (35 ±23.5) months,patients'uncomfortableness disappeared with normal erectile and ejaculatory function, and no local recurrence. Conclusions: Laparoscopic excision for seminal vesicle cyst is safe and effective and it can be used as the first choice,but the long-term effects still need to be studied throug the way of large samples comparison and long-term follow-up.关键词
