腹腔镜手术诊治妇科急性内出血的临床体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and feasibility of laparoscopic operations in diagnosis and treatment of gynecological acute hemorrhage. Methods: Clinical data of 189 cases with gynecological acute hemorrhage who underwent laparoscopic opera-tionS from Jan. 2007 to Jan.2010 was analyzed retrospectively. Results:All acute hemorrhage in 189 patients was finally diagnosed and successfully cured after laparoscopic operations without any complications. Conclusions: Laparoscopic operations for gynecological acute hemorrhage have advantages of minimal invasion,less pain,faster recovery. It is worthy of generalization and application.关键词
