完全经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术17例报告
The clinical analysis of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy:with a report of 17 cases

Abstract
Objective; To discuss the application of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and summarize the operation experience. Methods: The clinical data of 17 cases underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy was retrospectively analyzed. Results:Seventeen cases were successful. The operation time was 40-100 min (mean 75 min). No complications occurred, patients were discharged in 3 days after surgery, umbilical scar was hidden. Patients were satisfactory on treatment and cosmetic effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Conclusions: Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible, but difficult than traditional LC, the technical requirement of operator is higher. It is worth popularizing with no scar and cosmetic effect .关键词
