The social service demand-guided amendment of the talent cultivation plan of baccalaureate nursing program
摘要
Abstract
Consulting the National undergraduate Medical Education Standard for professional Nursing Training and the Outline of the Reform Development Plan for the Pearl River Delta Area（2008-2020）,we discussed the background of the amendment of the talent cultivation plan of baccalaureate nursing program from both of macro-and micro-perspectives and compared the amended program with the original one.We think the amended program which has defined objectives matches well with the development trend of our socialist economy and the international nursing training.It can be taken as a trial of the exploration of innovate model for talent cultivation.关键词
