摘要
Abstract
In this paper, we studied how to make use of Flex which has abundant component and dynamic vector of image technology to develop the Tibetan and Chinese bilingual network teaching system which is based on the actual situation of network teaching and the need of the Tibetan and Chinese bilingual network teaching＇s development. At the same time, we also studied and discussed the design idea and the overall structure of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual network teaching system and introduced the key technologies of the function module design and the design development of the network teaching system.关键词
