摘要

Abstract

An uniform stable poly(diallyldimethyl-ammonium chloride/graphene(PDDA/GR)/PDDA/ MWNTs composite membrane on the glassy carbon electrode were prepared by using layer-by-layer self assembly method based on the electrostatic adhesion among the cationic polymer PDDA and the functional negatively charged MWNTs and GR. The properties of the modified electrode have been studied by EIS and CV. The results indicate that this electrode shows better electrocatalytic activity in oxidation of H2O2. When working potential is set at 1.0 V, the electrode shows high sensitivity and wide detection range for detection of H2O2 in 0. 067 mol/L phosphate buffer solution. The range of linearity is 6×10-6-1.4 ×10-2 mol/L, the detection limit is 1. 2×10-7 mol/L (S/N = 3) and the linear correlation coefficient R = 0. 997. This electrode is of good stability and high selectivity.
