Abstract
It was to synthesize the silencing gene SADH2 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with overlapping PCR.The silencing gene SADH2 was inserted in pYES2.0 to construct S.cerevisiae ADH2 gene silencing expression vector.Sequencing results showed that the expression vector pSADH2 was correct.关键词
