Impact of bad weather on Oolong tea industry and its compensation measures——Taking Anxi County as a case
摘要
Abstract
In the light of a survey on Oolong tea production areas in Fujian and the concerning achievements,the impact of rainy,drought,frost and hot weather on Oolong tea quality and the causes are analyzed comprehensively,meanwhile the economic loss of spring tea in Anxi County caused by the rainy weather in May of 2011 is estimated.Accordingly the compensation measures are proposed as follows to compensate the great economic loss of tea industry caused by the bad weather： accelerating technology innovation,building an insurance system for tea industry,changing the orientation of consumption markets,and starting nature disaster relief.关键词
