明胶/聚乳酸复合纤维膜的制备、表征及作为角膜细胞载体的评价

Abstract
Gelatin and polylactic acid (PLLA) composite membranes were obtained via electrospun. The membranes composition on the surface properties, pore structure and mechanical properties were studied. The membranes were further used as scaffolds for rabbit corneal epithelial cells culture in vitro. The adhesion and proliferation of cells on these scaffolds were evaluated by immunofluorescence staining and thiazolyl bule tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The results show that the fiber diameter distribution and surface hydrophi-licity are significantly affected by composition of electrospinning solution. All of these scaffolds have high porosity and inter-connected pores. Gelatin could maintain high cell adhesion while PLLA improved mechanical properties of the composited scaffolds.关键词
