摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in the maxillary sinus lift. Methods CBCT was used in 18 cases for dental implants insertion in which the maxillary sinus elevation was in need. The surgical planning and the results were assessed respectively before and after the operation. Results The internal structure of the sinus as well as the surrounding tissue of the implants could be demonstrated clearly by using CBCT. Only in cases the perforation of sinus membrane was found. Conclusion It got a satisfactory result with preoperative evaluation and postoperative examination in dental implant using CBCB which can clearly show the internal structure of the maxillary sinus and the bone around apical of implant.关键词
