Optimization Research on Scale Benefit of Rural Centralized Water Supply Projects
摘要
Abstract
Reasonable water supply scale is necessary precondition for sustainable operation of rural water supply projects,The quantitative models of investment,cost and water supply scale are established,which are combined with practical data of constructed projects in the South Plains and the cost composition analysis.The optimization of scale benefit is analyzed by annual value,and nonlinear programming model of scale benefit is established with equivalent annual value as the objective function.Optimal size,price and their relationship are discussed with the South Plain typical region,which is hoped to can provide a scientific basis for structure optimization,the latter planning development and the operation management of rural water supply projects.关键词
