摘要

Abstract

In order to promote safe reuse of reclaimed water in agriculture,the effect of reclaimed water on the germination and tomato antioxidant enzyme systems was studied in laboratory using the microcomputer controlled light incubator at 25 ℃ under the dark conditions.The main results of the study demonstrated that: there is no toxicity for reclaimed water to tomato varieties germination percentage,germination energy,and germination index.Reclaimed water significantly increased the height and germination vitality index of tomatoes,in particular the late stages of germination,mainly related to the mechanism and seed germination.Reclaimed water didn't affect the tomatoes superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)activity and MDA content.Reclaimed water on tomatoes basically caused no harm,selected from these physiological indicators.Just different varieties resistant tomatoes on a slightly different.
