混合盐胁迫对油葵保护性酶活性、细胞膜透性及其主要农艺性状的影响
Effects of mixed salt stress on protective enzyme activity, cell membrane permeability and main agronomic traits of oil-sunflower

Abstract
Effects of NaCl and NaHCO3 on membrane permeability, SOD activity and POD activity of roots and leaves as well as specific characteristics of the tolerance of oil-sunflower were studied under various levels of salt stress. The results showed as follows: Compared with CK, membrane permeability, SOD activity and POD activity of the root and leaves appeared an increasing trend and significant level with the increase of salt concentration. At the same time the SOD activity of leaves was significantly higher than that of roots. The effects of salt concentration on phenology was signif-icant in oil-sunflower, and the growth period of oil-sunflower was delayed, while the plant height, faceplate diameters, dry weight and fresh weight of shoot and root and 100-grain weight declined significantly.关键词
