摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the instructive significance of getting the lower uterine segment thickness in late pregnancy by B-ultrasound and during cesarean section for delivery way selection.Methods Used B-ultrasound to observed the lower uterine segment thickness in 376 pregnant women with different post-cesarean-section time.Meanwhile,observed the thickness during cesarean section.Compared the differences between them.Results The lower uterine segment thickness in late pregnancy observed by B-ultrasound had no significant difference from that observed during cesarean section( P＞ 0.05 ).The pregnant women with lower uterine segment thickness ≥ 2 mm could try to deliver vaginally.Conclusion Using B-ultrasound examine the thickness of lower uterine segment has no trauma,correct result,no difference from that observed during cesarean section,important instructive significance on selecting delivery way for post-cesarean-section pregnant patients,and can reduce the incidence of uterine rupture maximally.关键词
