Abstract
Objective The explore the effects of the perforation location and surgical treatment on the outcome of intestinal perforation in patients with colon cancer.Methods 21 patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal perforation who had been hospitalized and treated from May 1994 to October 2010 were included in this study.The perforation locations,procedures of surgical treatment,and postoperative healing were analyzed.Results The primary tumor lesion was the greatest cause of intestinal perforation,and the prognosis of this perforatoin is significantly better than those occurring at the proximity of the tumor.The efficacy of radical resection of the tumor in combination with intestinal anastomosis is significantly better than any other surgical procedures.Conclusions Intestinal perforation easily occurs at the primary location of colon cancer,but with a higher cure rate.Radical resection of radical resection of the tumor in combination with intestinal anastomosis has a better efficacy,and is worth popularizing.关键词
