Abstract
Objective To evaluate the improvement of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of AD patients.Methods Randomly divided 58 patients,chosen from our hospital from January to June 2011 randomly, into 2 groups:28 cases as the control group, received routine care guidance,and 30 caes as the experimental group,basing on routine care guidance,intervened with comprehensive nursing.Assessed the nursing effect of both group with MMSE,ADL,and HAMD.Results After the intervention, the experimental group' s MMSE ( 21.66 ± 3.29 ) was significantly higher than that ( 19.79 ± 3.11 ) before the intervention ( P＜ 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the ALD of control group before and after intervention.However,after the intervention,the experimental group' s ALD were significantly lower 25％ ( P＜ 0.05 ).After the intervention,the experimental group' s HAMD decreased by 15％; the difference was significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously improve Alzheimer's patients ? life quality and have great social significance.关键词
