Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinic effect by comparing the hormonal changes in poly cystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)patients.Methods 37 patients with PCOS were chosen after 3 months of combined treatment with clomiphene and metformin,comparing the changes of sex hormone levels,ovarian volume and clinical symptom improvement.Results After treatment,the sex hormone levels including T,E2,PRL,LH,clinical symptom and ovarian volume has improved(P＜ 0.05),the differences have statistical significance.Conclusion The sex hormone changes could reveal the clinical treatment effect,providing references for treatment.关键词
