摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of early volume resuscitation and control of hyperglycemia to prognosis Of multiple organ dysfunction.Methods 76 patients with MODS were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(40 cases)admitted to the ICU accept the treatment of volume resuscitation and control of hyperglycemia in early 6 hours,while the control group(36 cases)accept the treatment of conventional methods.And toCompared two groups of patients with APACHE Ⅱ score,length of stay in ICU,mortality in ICU.Results Treatment group of was significantly better than the control group with APACHE Ⅱ score,length of stay in ICUandmortality in ICU after 24 or 48 hours(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early volume resuscitation and control of hyperglycemia can significantly improve the prognosis of MODS.关键词
