尿毒症维持性血液透析患者并发症140例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 140 samples with complications about patients with maintenancehemodialysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the complications of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in order to interference earlier,then to reduce the incidence of complications.Methods We analyze the complications of 140 samples of patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from September 2007 to September 2010.Results There were 15462 person-trips of complications in 18689 persontrips of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.The main complications were hypotension,hypoglycemia,hypertension,muscle spasm,arrhythmia and so on,the hypotension,hypoglycemia and hypertension were the most familiar complications.Conclusion Any kinds of complications could occur among the patients with maintenance hemodialysis,we should take effective measures to reduce the incidence of complications,in order to improve the life quality of patients.关键词
