静滴20％甘露醇所致静脉炎的护理干预
Prospective nursing intervention to phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of 20％ mannitol

Abstract
Objective To explore the prospective nursing intervention in reducing intravenous application of phlebitis caused by mannitol.Methods 80 cases of patients with intravenous infusion of mannito120％ patients were divided into intervention group and control group,with 40 cases for each group.The control group adopted the general intravenous infusion nursing routine with instant treatment of phlebitis at any time.In the intervention group prospective nursing intervention for the prevention of the occurrence of phlebitis was carried out before use of 20％ mannitol.The whole nursing and observation process of the patients in two groups were charged by nurses with higher professional and technical level and strong sense of responsibility,and the nursing effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The phlebitis incidence in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The prospective nursing intervention can effectively reduce phlebitis incidence induced by intravenous infusion of 20％ mannitol,reduce patient nursing adverse events,and it has important significance for improving the quality of nursing care.关键词
