摘要

Abstract

An intelligent system based on ARM and FPGA by infrared signal and moving object drive is introduced in this paper. ARM11S3C6410 is used as CPU chip, and Linux as soft operation system to transmit video signal to (lash memory or the server computer which codes and saves the video data. EP2C70 produced by Altera is used in FPGA. High speed management and transmission of the video data can be realized by H. 264 video coding standard, to meet the demands of design.
