黄河故道地区葡萄根结线虫rDNA—ITS—PCR研究
Study on rDNA -ITS-PCR of root-knot nematode in grape in the Chinese Yellow River east region

Abstract
The amplification, cloning and sequencing of the rDNA-ITS region of 6 different populations of root-knot nematodes from trail of the Yellow River east region were conducted. The sequence analysis results showed that six populations of root-knot nematodes on grape from Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Shangqiu in Henan Province and Dangshan, Xiaoxian in Anhui Province belong to Meloidogyne incognita. The length of ITS was 766 bp. The results of the sequence analysis and the form identifications showed that this pathogen was Meloidogyne incognita.关键词
