摘要

Abstract

In order to analyse the genetic differences of 16 citrus strains developed from radiation breeding with ^60Cor-γ and bud sport in Guangdong province in recent years, three parents and sixteen citrus strains from radiation and bud mutation were studied by using AFLP. Nine pairs of primers with polymorphism and powerful distinctiveness were selected from 64 pairs of primers. The results showed: ( 1 ) there were genetic differences among 16 citrus strains compared with their respective parents and analysis of AFLP demonstrated that the radiation and bud mutation could induce the genetic variation of citrus; (2) AFLP fingerprinting was constructed based on the primer EcoR I AAG +Mse I CTI', and nineteen citrus vari- eties (strains) were identified according to the different bands; (3) UPGMA analysis showed that 19 citrus varieties (strains) were divided into 4 groups, coefficient of pattern similarity is 0.647 7 between Hua qing No.1 of Hongjing orange strains and parents, and it was alone divided into 1 group. The results could offer the references for early identification and selection of citrus breeding research.
