A new dry and fresh Chinese jujube cultivar -- Luzao 5
摘要
Abstract
Luzao 5 was selected from the seedlings of open pollinated Jinsi Xiaozao jujube. Its fruit is big, with 10.5 g of the average fruit weight, 37.6% of the soluble solids , 95.9% of edible rate and 0.390 mg. g^-1 of vitamin C, and the dried rate is 54.8%. It is suitable for dry and fresh use. The trees are precocious, productive and very adaptable to infertile soil, which is suitable to be cultivated in Shandong.关键词
