添加Al2O3对玻璃与可伐合金封接性能的影响
Effect of Addition of Al2O3 on the Welting Properties of Glass to Kovar Sealing

Abstract
The welting ability of glass added with A12O3 on Kovar alloy was investigated by measuring the contact angle. The effects of addition of A12O3 on leakage rate, insulation resistance, height of glass along the pins and cracking resistance of glass were investigated for glass to Kovar sealing. The results showed that the amount and size of Al2 03 could affect the welting ability of glass on Kovar alloy, and the welting ability of glass reduces as the increase of amount of A12O3 and the decrease of size of A12O3, and the destruction resistant capability of glass was strengthened. The sealing performance of glass was improved significantly by adding 10wt% A12O3 into DM308, and the performances of leakage rate, insulation resistance, height of glass along the pins and cracking resistance of glass were greatly improved.关键词
