摘要

Abstract

The feasibility of preparation of AZE composite powder by acid leaching to remove the glass phase SiO2 in 41 # FCAZS waste was investigated. Desilication was conducted on 41 # FCAZS waste which contains nearly 70% AZE structure by orthogonal test. Four main factors that influence the result of desilication were investigated, and the optimum technological parameters were confirmed eventually to produce AZE ceramic composite powder with higher purity. The experimental results indicated that the influencing factors to the desilication results are A > B > C > D. The optimal process parameters were the dosage of HF was 143% ,HF acid concentration was 28% ,the proper particle size of raw material was below 40 μm and reacting for 2. 5 h. In this case, the ratio of desilication and recycling AZE ceramic composite powder could reach 97.67% and 74.74% respectively.
