利用低铝高烧失量粉煤灰制备微晶玻璃的研究
Research on Preparation of Glass-ceramics from Low Alumina and High Ignition Loss Fly Ash

Abstract
Using fly ash with low alumina and high ignition loss as main raw material, glass-ceramics had been prepared by conventional melt quenching technique. The comprehensive utilization of fly ash was more than 60%. The influences of heating conditions on crystallization behavior, crystal types and microstructures of the glass-ceramics were investigated by XRD, DSC and SEM. The density and bend strength of the prepared glass-ceramics have been tested. The results show that the Ca5Al6O14 crystallite formed in the matrix glass firstly when crystallization temperature was higher than 800 ℃. Much CaSiO3 grains appeared when crystallization temperature increased to 900 ℃. Further increase treating temperature to high than 1000 ℃, the matrix glass become softening and deformation. The bulk density and bend strength of prepared ash fly glass-ceramics ranges from 2. 79 ~ 2. 96 g ? Cm-3 and 112 ~ 125 Mpa, respectively.关键词
